Don't be panic.
Cpanel license price were not increased since 13Years. But from 1st july cpanel license price huge hiked and now it is per website basis. It will cost you around 3 USD addiotnal/website/year from this month. But we have not yet make decision to charge to our valuable clients. We are still dealing with cpanel INC https://cpanel.net/pricing/ This is just formal mail we are requesting our reseller account holders to remove unwanted and suspended domains from their reseller panel.
Also, same thing apply with single domain hostinng.
